Affordable boating and good company since 1905.
Organized in 1905, the Eastern Power Boat Club is the oldest club in Washington dedicated to power boating, a non-profit where neighbors from all eight wards of the District keep their boats, share meals on the dock, and look after the Anacostia together.
Our members have been here for over a century, making boating accessible in one of the most beautiful and natural urban rivers in the world.
Protected slips and docks on the Anacostia, with a boat ramp and room for powerboats of every size.
A welcoming waterfront clubhouse for meetings, meals, and members’ celebrations all year round.
Cookouts, raft-ups, and neighborhood gatherings, the easygoing community that turns dock neighbors into lifelong friends.
We look after the Anacostia we love: Earth Day cleanups, shoreline trash pickups, and boating responsibly on a river that has come a long way.
Tucked along the Anacostia, our marina offers members a calm, well-kept place to dock, launch, and gather, minutes from downtown Washington.

Membership is open to boaters and neighbors who want a home port on the Anacostia, good company on the dock, and a hand in caring for the river. We’d love to show you around.
